• Update - 07 April 2021

I'm quitting this project.

On June 12th 2020, some guy called Kei2B (Kudo-senpai) reached out in the Hololive Creator's Discord desperately needing financial aid. I worked out an agreement with him to  draw some backgrounds for this project.

Since then, he has constantly been making up flimsy excuses, giving empty promises, and is now ignoring any attempts to contact him entirely. We agreed to two backgrounds. I'm no artist, but I'm sure it doesn't almost a year to finish that.

Basically, I got scammed. I guess it's my fault for trusting someone in need, and who had also contributed artwork to other Hololive projects in the past.

I'm extremely bitter about the whole situation. Every time I open Unity to work on this project, this is all I can think about.

Sorry, to those of you who have been following HoloVN. I appreciate you more than you know. Maybe I'll return to the project in the future once my bitterness has subsided, but who knows.

• Update - 13 June 2021

One of my biggest fears was that one of the characters in this game would graduate before I could finish it. Unfortunately, this recently came true.

Sadly, this means I will not return to this project. My interest in Hololive in general has also been waning, due in no small part to some bad experiences. (Kei2B still has not finished my commission from over a year ago and is also refusing to return my money.)

I will keep this page up, but this will be my last update. Thank you so much for playing.
